Zusammensetzung der Endnote: Homeworks, attendance and active participation in lessons. Students get points for presence (1 for each) and assignments (depending the specific assignment, number of points is given with the assignment). Final grade can be increased due to the extraordinary performance during meetings.

Teil 1 und 2: E-commerce (Lecture), Thursday, from October 5th till February, hours: 9:45- 11:15, via Zoom
The course aims to familiarize the student with modern strategies in the field of ecommerce in the realities of the globalized economy and the possibilities of using these strategies in organizations.
Inhaltliche Beschreibung Teil 1 und 2: The following contents will be covered in the
module:
E-commerce strategies
E-commerce business models
Brand in e-commerce Crowdsourcing
Rights and duties in e-commerce Online Payment Solutions
Marketing in e-commerce, online ads Case studies
Students work with the instructor on these topics and then reinforce them through
homework assignments. These are then discussed and debated in the next session. |
Lernziele |
Following the course, students should achieve learning outcomes in three areas:
knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
Regarding knowledge, student:
*knows the basic issues related to the e-business and the specific functioning of companies in the online environment.
*recognizes rules governing electronic commerce
*identifies risks and barriers to the functioning of companies in the e-business
Regarding skills, student:
*understands the mechanisms governing e-business and basic terms/concepts of
electronic commerce
*properly assesses the risks associated with the operation of the electronic market
*matches the model of e -business to the needs of the enterprise
*can evaluate an exemplary online store
Regarding attitudes, student:
*identifies and resolves dilemmas associated with conducting e-business
*is a sensitive observer of the changes taking place in the business under the influence of globalization of markets, products and economic policies
*is aware of the need to complement and improve their knowledge and skills |
