Inhalt Teil 1 und 2: Global Business Strategy, Online Course, timetable, tba Conceptual and empirical understanding of the globalization of business in an era of turbulence and uncertainty. Discovering the tools of global business including international trade, foreign direct investments, foreign exchange and regional integration. Building up the foundations of a global business strategy with a focus on entering foreign markets, global entrepreneurship, managing competition, analyzing market potential with a focus on emerging markets, esp. Asia. Exploring the dynamics of becoming a global corporate citizen by managing cultural differences, dealing with geopolitical risks, and formulating social responsibility initiatives.
